NAAM SPACER:
OM AND SILENT MEDITATION

 Om & Silent Meditation:
A simplified version of the Om Atmospheric track, so that its easier to go into deep meditation with all the timed "Spacer" intervals:  1 Min, 2 Mins, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 etc. 

Also includes the 2nd half which are Silent Meditations:   gives you a bell at the beginning and end of the track, like the other meditations:
1 Min, 2 Mins, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 etc.
